The Paffen Sport Contact Shield Sparring Boxing Gloves are designed for martial arts where you need to block kicks as well as throw punches, such as MMA, kickboxing and Muay Thai. The padding extends over the outer edge of the hand, adding cover where a kick is often met.

A leather upper sits over multi-layer PSX3Foam padding, with further padding on the palm. The hook-and-loop closure and additional elastic strap adjust for a secure fit around the wrist, and the thumb is fixed in place.
