You have the option to print the voucher and fill in the details yourself, or you can email us at giftcard@jusports.ie with your order number, ‘To’ and ‘From’ names, and we’ll digitally fill in the recipient’s details for you.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. The use of gift vouchers is subject to the following terms and conditions:
   • Gift Certificates ordered through our Website will be delivered automatically via email, containing a unique discount code.
   • Gift Certificates must be redeemed on our Website as either full or partial payment for products available on our platform. They cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Certificates.
   • When ordering a Gift Certificate, please ensure that the recipient’s email address is entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly, resulting in unintended use.
   • Site-wide offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers.
   • All Gift Certificates are date-stamped and expire 12 months from the date of issue.
   • Gift Certificates hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
   • Products purchased online with a Gift Certificate that are later returned will be refunded via a new Gift Certificate.
   • We are not liable for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized use of Gift Certificates. In such cases, replacements will not be provided.
